A picture I did of Cely back around Halloween. Wanted to do a slutty Red Riding Hood costume. Why? I don't know. XD I blame watching RWBY and a bunch of Once Upon a Time. XDAlso, I love her tummy. O_O Favorite part about coloring or drawing this one.
