Ocula Andromeda, the Goddess of Artisans and Technology on Aioto, is a gentle goddess who loves to watch civilizations develop. She has had a hand in blessing certain cities with the knowledge of creating energy with water and wind, how to build a household that can withstand earthquakes, and even the wheel! Ocula is one of the very few deities on Aioto who still personally interacts with the people, something most of them would rather do with servants and messengers. She is rather popular in the southern regions of the world, especially among the one-eyed races she takes after, even becoming their patron goddess.

She's as gentle and kind as they come; she is rather timid at times too. However, one shouldn't dismiss her hand in helping the mortals of Aioto grow. She is one of the only goddesses who cannot change their size at will, being stuck at her naturally large 300 ft. tall body as it looms over villages and cities, so the populace has to take great care in not startling or upsetting her when she does decide to come and visit.

While Ocula is a kind soul, she does hide some guilt. She has been bullied several times in the past to create constructs of war for the Goddess of War and Conflict. She despises her role in the deaths of the mortals, so much so that she at one point lived in Thanatesia's realm for some time to calm herself down. However, she has instead learned to look towards the future, promising the mortals of her world technology that will help make their lives prosperous. She only wants to see them grow and eventually leave their world so they can see the stars she has built in the heavens.
