LOL LAME TITLES FTWBeen working on my Pokemon Black/White gijinkas and these two are one of my new fav pairings: Otis (Ononokus/Haxorus; right) x Sazz (Sazandora/Hydreigon; left).
I looooove them. This will probably be one of my new fav Pokemon stories to write/plot x3
There is a rather complex story around these two, but this is a scene from my story just after Sazz had gone berserk after having regained old memories he'd lost after an injury he'd suffered when Otis was a child. Otis remained convinced Sazz could be 'saved' and went after him, leaving Guise (Zoroark) to keep Sazz's old partner, Odin (Ulgamoth/Volcarona) preoccupied.
Will Otis be able to save Sazandora from himself, or will Sazz's mental and emotional instability from his past abuse prove too much for Otis to help him overcome?
Doing this in full color, as well. I'll post it once it's complete <3

xD; Yeah I am working on chhapter 3 atm but it's taking a while since I've been pretty busy with it bewing convention season and all that. But I WILL be updating it. I'll be doing my best to keep it no longer than 100 pages :T;;....good luck to me xD

It's funny--Otis is meant to be the main character and the one the story revolves around, but that's not the case by the end of the story LOL.

This is absolutely amazing, I love the detail of Sazz's wings the most. Like another artist who commented, I came across this while searching for inspiration for the design of my own Hydreigon character, Sturm, from my Black team. I also love these kind of pairings where one character goes crazy, which is the case of Wushu, my Mienshao (I may change her name though) who's addicted to the effects of Drain Punch and she'll go nuts if not able/allowed to use it after periods of time and the only thing that can bring her out of it aside from being able to use the attack is if she hears Sturm's voice.
Wow, I didn't mean to ramble on up there, sorry.
Back to the art itself, I'm curious about how this'll look in color, but I personally think it looks perfect as it is now. I don't know why, but to me, the lack of color really seems to set the overall mood of the piece. I'm intrigued by the story of these two just by the small part you mentioned in your artist's comments and if you post their story anywhere, I'll definitely read it. I love PokΓ©mon gijinka stories in general and it makes me sad that they don't get the recognition they deserve.
Do you mind if I watch you? I'd love to see more art from you, and I'll do my best to comment, and I'm sorry for such a huge comment, but I have a habit of rambling when first trying to talk to somebody I don't really know. x_x I don't mind if you don't watch me in return, I don't have much art up at the moment and my gijinkas are terrible compared to yours.

Yes indeed! And I'm glad you don't mind, I tend to ramble on about my characters (and ramble on in general) and I'm nervous about boring people when I do. ^_^; Wushu ended up getting her name changed (she's now Melanie) and her personality ended up splitting into two separate characters, Melanie (non-gijinka) and Xiao-xing (gijinka) both Mienshao. Xiao-xing ended up getting the Drain Punch addiction (insanity included) while Melanie ended up with a morbid fear of Flying-types. Sturm's staying a non-gijinka.
I don't mind hearing about other peoples' characters, especially if they interest me and great, I'll be sure to read it soon and drop a review! If there's more than one chapter up, I'll compile my thoughts on each chapter into one large review since I don't like spamming peoples' inboxes with multiple ones because I'm weird like that.

Oh wow.This is ironic. I found this when I was looking for inspiration for Galen, my Sazandora character from a roleplay of mine. Nice to see I'm not the only one who delights in making my characters go crazy. These kind of parings are my fav, and I loved how it worked out for my gyarados guy.
