A header for a gijinka roleplay I'm making, about Mew and Mewtwo. ^^

I drew the characters normally with a red pen, then took it to Photoshop and edited the hell out of it... Then I colored it, made the red outline black, and gave it a cool glowing effect for each character using an outer glow filter. Not too complicated. It was actually fun to make!

Approx. time: 2-3 hours.
