I thought it rather interesting how Thaegan was revived by the Shadow Lord in the anime, but I wasn't too happy about the introduction of Oacus as a character, but I could totally see them together. Personally, Oacus makes me think of how the Shadow Lord was probably like when he was just a sorcerer.

Never really liked those two, particularly how much Thaegan's role was changed from the books and that Oacus was not even in them.

But that taken out of account they do seem to fit great with each other.

And you did a really good job, the contrast between them is really eye-catching and I like that dark and subdued background
