But the static/blurry thing is from two crashed images put together. THat's why I used notepad, because it crashes the images.

do you just drop the file in it or should i first open the picure in a drawing program and drop it in notepad via cnrl+C_cnrl+V...?

Well, save a random image file then open it using notepad. Then save it as a different image, but bmp.
This image will look completely distorted. I make two of these then use them in the gifmaker thing along with the original image...
I dunno how to explain..
