This is a great picture; though I must agree with *AuraoftheTwilight, there IS to much expression.
The fact that his arm is missing and also taking his expression in to account, makes it funny as hell. It honestly looks somewhat like he's literally saying, in a gay tone of voice, "Oh, whatever!"
