Somebody give me a name for them please!

Originaly a diffrent character I drew on my whiteboard during school
I realized it looks the same as another chracter (the one on my profile)
originaly she would be wearing red but because it basicly looks like an older uhh (I have no name for them)
So yeah, sorry I did not upload yesterday for some reason I loose all my motivation to draw when monday happends
for some reason I managed to draw the full body for the drawing on my profile but this one I couldnt
Might be due to my artstyle changing idk
i want to give them a name but im not original in naming and I really like this characters design
I dont like the hands of this one for how small they are because I tried making it sort of acurrate to real anatomy?
I tried doing more of the same like last post with the clothing folds, I dont think this one works because these shirts arent long
