I absolutely love how you did the fur on the realistic Pichu. It actually looks like I can pet him! And I also like how the electric sacks on his cheecks aren't furry, but are skin-like compared to the rest of its body. Nive touch!

Aww, that's very cute. I like the idea you had with that. I'm not a huge fan of pokemon anymore, but I'm still a sucker for Pichus (I used to own a site called Just Pichu, hehe)

First...I love the shading and the detail. It just kicks butt! I love the watery ripples in the mirror too. It gives it a watery almost chrome feel...maaybe he can just walk into the real world maybe.
Second, This idea was great; I give you & your friend a thumbs up! I love the ambianse, surreal, dreamlike sense to it.
Third, I love Pichu...obviously not as much a Pikachu though.
Fourth, That realistic and cartoony idea was great. I mean like one peorson wrote down. On the other side of the mirror, both the Pichu and the backgrounds are realistic and detailed.
Fifth, man you put alot of effort into this!
Last, but not least...realistic Pichu is so cute! I don't think he's ugly or scary. He reminds me of my pet guinea pig. And it's very hard to make a pokemon look real without making it look disporpotiate or stupid.

The mirror thing does create a good imagination between a toon world real world and think about how you real selves already went online finds a magical mirror and see you in an anime style.
