KANOKO-AN-PAN. (the bean-jam bun)
You can see a paste inside the bread is made of azuki-bean that boiled by sugar syrup, the paste is called KANOKO in Japanese.
I has taken to lesson for how to bake a delicious bread to my younger brother, and this AN-PAN was made for it.
