Don't look for this scene in the anime ; it's only in the game, although they (how to say it) made a clue about it in ep 45 but that's actually completely different XD. In the game it takes place in chapter 9, just before they go to Mount Fuji, when Fubuki falls ill from struggling with Atsuya, after he forced him to join Alien Gak......OHIWONTSAYANYTHING. Really one of the most touching scenes ever ;A;The scene itself

The main storyline, if you take it as it is, is quite the same, but there are a lot of differences inside it. Most of the important things don't happen in the anime, actually, and they just remove everything that "explains" too much. In other words, you have the main thing in the anime but you have to play the game to fully understand, and you're like OHHHH GODDDD I SEEEEEEEEE NOW I GET ITTT XD at like every chapter. Also, some characters don't appear where they're supposed to, or just never appear, or appear when they're NOT SUPPOSED TO and etc.

No, something does happen (he ...gets knocked out, that's all, and all the team gets depressive because of Kazemaru, that's all XD)but it's not the same scene at all. I think the saddest thing in that part of the game is that he's perfectly conscious and tries his best to keep Atsuya away, and he's suffering all the time, until he falls that ill ;A;
