I always found it neat when I realized that the same voice for Max was also the voice for Robin in Teen Titans.

Yeah, I like Scott Menville's voice/his voice in the english dub as well. Made me watch a few Teen Titans episodes although I wouldn't have been interested in it at first.

His voice is pretty cool, it suits both characters pretty well! I don't think Dark Cloud 2 gets enough appreciation, and it's a pretty decent game. It's predecessor is a classic as well, but they really had to work out the kinks with that one. The weapon build up in the first one was horrible xD
Teen Titans was awesome, but Max and Robin's voice wasn't really what got me interested. I don't remember what it was though, but like you, I wasn't interested in it at first. Or maybe the voice was the reason. Either way, the reboot of the series they have now is good, but not nearly as good. I find often when comparing the two series, I think the original Teen Titans is a million times better.
