Actually I think this is really nice! :3
But I was a little confused by the yellow lighting,
but hey! Its always good to experiment with lighting,
after all how are we as artist gonna get better without
experimentation?
The circular shadow really isn't much of a big deal actually,
I've seen several artists do this, but never really crossed
my mind about ur intentions on that since its a wip.
I don't think that other person should
be saying that ur being "lazy" because that person
doesn't know ur being that way! Has no proof.
Also the fact that Janezy watever isn't very experienced
herself. And u don't need to be harsh to get ur point across.
And rating a piece of art on a scale of 1 - 10 is very lame
anyways.
So I say good job! 8D And keep working at it! I really
like ur gallery!

Upsides
The pose and angle are great in this picture, it shows the energy contained in the character, along with her expression.
Next the technique you've used for lighting and shading is good, especially how you've given different kinds of light and shadow for differently textured clothing.
Finally, the lineart, though very thin is very good, as it has slightly varying thickness and flow and different points and isn't flat. A good job I'd say.
Downsides
The shadow of the girl, compared to the rest of the picture seems incredibly lazy and unnatural, just a plain old circle. Hopefully this shadow is part of the WIP and will be better in the final version.
Next, the direction and source of natural light is very good. But there is a source of light coloured yellow, now this yellow light is quite random in where it's sourced, first, on her legs it's coming from underneath the girl, on the hand closest to us it's coming from just a bit to the right, and on her back it's coming from the background. This is rather illogical and brings the picture down a bit.
All in all a 8/10. This will probably go up when you've finished the piece, as long as you take my advice into consideration.

I've been reading this and do realise that you're pretty much right here xD the shading is lazy but bleh, I'll fix it later if I finish the pic :3

Lazy is not the best word to use when critiquing. |D It's great to see some one actually trying to help out for once, honestly, but that word just gets to me.
However, from the looks of it, it also seems like this "lazy shadow" is a place maker o-o;; Something like that XD She's already demonstrated that she understands that shadows are not a round blob on the ground.
Don't take this wrong and think I'm attacking you or something XD Or that "I have to defend Kerr0!"...some kinda bs like that. I'm just stating what's on my mind XD I can't critique like you can with the amount of experience you have over me.

Lazy is a harsh word sometimes, and it's hard to use as one cannot truly know how hard the artist tried to work on it. But places desperately needing that word pops up everywhere, and sometimes one has to be cruel to be kind (but not in a Simon Cowell kind of way, as the artist tends not to listen when that approach is used).
It doesn't really seem like a place marker when I look at it, as it defies the direction of light the artist has used, and doesn't have any sort of structure that could be developed. Of course this is the WIP and hopefully this circle blob is just a strange template of sorts that the artist is familiar with.
