Description Another abstract exercise done in 20 minutes, with acrylics
on cardboard watercolor paper...I've done these recent works
as result of both writing and drawing blocks..LOL!
I find seductive from abstractness the unpredictable they are...

You ever reproduce this/turn it into a sellable print, you let me know. I've been writing poetry about this piece since you put it up. I love it!

For a painting exercise... this is stunning. Honestly. I've seen it before, as Jane showed it to me, in awe of your talent, of course, and forgot to tell you how good you are. This is honestly amazing. Well... maybe it didn't take much for you to do it. Maybe it was easy or whatnot. But I still love it. And it'd go well in the room I'm in right now. AMAZING!

Man, I don't know what to say. This is just stunning. Everything about it is simply beautiful. I can't believe it only took you 20 mins. I envy your talent, what did you use for this a palette knife? I am now seriously inspired to go create something.

Esta muy buena esta pieza...tus abstractos salen excelentes, no parece que fueran hechos en 20 minutos!

This is a good piece also, although i like the other better... propably because of the colours. and i have to say that the composition in this painting is not so interesting as in the other abstrack piece. It would be interesting to see these in nature...

thankies too!!!! ...yeh i must admit, to be franc..that the upper greenish part was sort of an accident..lol..i had intended to put the black moon or star as a cobalt blue one that could pair a bit with the terran and ochre colores up there..but then oops!!..the paint was still fresh and while spreading the blue, mr. yellow blended in producing that feisty green ...i sort of tried to conceal it with more ochres and browns, shrugged my shoulders and decided to put a black star or moon instead..or black hole...

Do you just scan it in? Because I have pieces but I don't have any scanner big enough that I know of.

yeh, I scan it with an ordinary 8 1/2X11 flatbed scanner..the only thing i have to fight with is that i scan it in pieces...like i scan the half, putting the paper edge aligned with the glass border, then i rotate it the full 180 degrees so i scan the other half aligned with the same edge...that way i get two partial scans that i can counter-rotate to match the correct alignment, and then in one of them, i do this operation of extending the available pixel area, crop and copy paste the other half and then i zoom 2 or 3 times to make sure the edges sorta align.. sometimes it works alright, and sometimes there's a pesky line or more shaded area that can tell there was a 'merge' done...lol... the other trick is to get a very good digi-cam, and simply crop out the unwanted areas , try to take the picture in outdoors with indirect sunlight, otherwise the flash or direct sunlight bouncing back can have nasty effects of making too bright the colors... ...now i don't use photoshop, but im sure the operations must be similar
