HiJinx was founded by Jacqueline, more commonly known as Jack. Upon the realization that the world wasn't fair for people like them, just because of their ears, she knew something needed to be done. As such, she created HiJinx with the intent and purpose of protecting and saving those rabbits who were victim of the injustice of the world. She created her own personal group of superheroes that would come to the rescue of other rabbits who needed saving or help in any way. This has always been, and always will be, their purpose.
The five of them each have a representative colour, as was a chosen element of the gang by Jack and her little brother who founded the gang with her, Letty. It helps to further project the image of the members being a group of superheroes.
There are a few rules that HiJinx goes by. Firstly, you will never leave anyone behind. Your own teammates, the person you're helping, even an innocent human- you will help those who need help. Secondly, you will never kill without reason. Jack doesn't stand for senseless violence and killing, and whilst she isn't afraid to inflict pain if necessary, she requests her teammates take every option possible to not ever kill anyone. Third, you will never leave behind a teammate, and must protect them. You can argue like family, but never let squabbles get in the way of your loyalty to each other. An rule that doesn't require a number is to always fight for people who can't. If you aren't willing to protect the weak and helpless, you don't belong in HiJinx. Lastly, Jack believes that those who let life bring them down can never enjoy it. You can't know how to truly help others and make life better for them if you don't even understand how to smile during the darkest of times. As a member of HiJinx, you must understand how to smile. Have fun in what you do, because you're helping and saving others. Nothing is better than that.

She adores the thrill of a good chase, playing either the cat or the mouse. The higher the stakes, the better the game. This being said, she's not without her sense of responsibilities or morals. In fact, being the leader of HiJinx, she takes their actions as her own responsibility. Not only is her younger brother a member for her to take care of, but the rest of the gang that she respects as family is as well. If not for a high charisma and sense of pride, she may not be able to take the stand at the front of HiJinx. Because of these aspects though, she's fully capable of strutting ahead, holding their hands and walking them with her, a smile on her face through everything. During the happiest of times, she can further light up a room like the twinkles of a Christmas tree. In sad times, she's the shoulder you need to cry on or the truest words you needed to hear, depending on whether you're wrong or not. As tension rises, with help of the mediating member of HiJinx, she calms the storm. When mad at her, she won't deny you a fight, if that's what you want. All the while, through all of these things, one of the most important and notable things about her is that she will always be wearing that delighted smile. All but in one special case. Though you wouldn't want to be the one to cause that rarity, because when pushed to the point that even she won't smile, Jack's stare is the wind that will chill you to the bone. Overall, she's a happy, courageous, and loving individual. It takes the world to make her mad, but that being said, one most likely wouldn't ever cross that path.

Jacqueline was born to two loving parents, and became the new member of a rather large family. Out of all that family though, she was the only one that appeared to grow rabbit ears. Since she was just a babe, any time she was taken into public or around other kids in the family, they hid her ears. They'd be kept under hats, pressed down in an attempt to pull them back into her hair, and sometimes folded if they had trouble being hidden. The efforts hurt, but she came to accept them as she grew up, knowing it was a necessary effort to make life normal. At family gatherings, she stuck close to her parents, and they typically gave the excuse that a lady in a dress shouldn't rough house with other kids (She always wore skirts or dresses to hide her tail). Instead of worrying with public school, her parents home schooled her, and eventually hired tutors. Those tutors became necessary frequently once they realized her mother was pregnant again.
Jacqueline was excited to have a little brother. The rest of her family wasn't so happy about it though once he was born, and they realized he was a rabbit just like her. Her grandmother took their mother back into her home once the baby was two. She claimed that she couldn't handle two impurities. Her grandmother blamed the father's side of the family for the gene that appeared in them, and rejected him as family. Jacqueline's parents gave each other a moment to say goodbye, and her father promised he would take care of them. Their mother didn't want to leave, but she couldn't handle losing her first family, and did as the older woman said.
The two siblings lived alone with their father. They lived in a small apartment so he could afford to raise the both of them and give them everything he wanted to give them. Honestly, life was still good for them, even after all of what happened. Their father still loved them, and they had each other. She had her brother, Letty, and he had her. As they grew up, their father grew comfortable enough to ask them if he could introduce someone to them. It was harder on Jacqueline, who remembered their mom clearly, unlike her brother who was just a baby when she left. Even so, she wanted her father to be happy, and so she only smiled and agreed.
The woman was kind, played with them, and most importantly, loved their father. When it came to their ears though, she grew hesitant, and almost scared, as though she would hurt them. By the time Jacqueline was nearly 18, she asked her brother how he would feel about moving out on their own. This way, their father could marry this lady without them being in the way of his happiness. He agreed.
She saved up money from odd jobs and any work she had for a year, and then told their father that they'd be moving out together. He, of course, didn't agree, but she convinced him they would be okay. She said they would visit still, and he could help them with moving. By the time they'd been moved out for a year, all the holiday visits slowed, their father was married, and she was working two jobs. One night, on her way home, she took her time window shopping for Letty's birthday. It was past midnight, and she found a shop that sold cameras. He always did seem interested in pretty things. Whilst she stared, someone else joined her, and the two talked about cameras together. She had many questions, and the man answered them. Soon after though, he attempted to compliment her, and her guard was put up. Jacqueline, panicked, hurried away from the man. He chased her though and when grabbing her jacket, revealed her ears. She abandoned the jacket, but the chase was on. The man followed her escape attempt, and when he caught her, began to try and cut off one of her ears. She'd never been attacked violently like this before, and even though she was scared, she still tried to get away. Her ear was practically completely cut off before she managed to get free and run back home.
The next day Letty saw her, and she had a lot to explain. He helped clean her up, and starting that day, she began to work to grow stronger. She'd run every day, she spent more time with Letty and helped him study, and tried to help any bun she saw in trouble. One day, she realized the authorities weren't responding to those troubled rabbits like they would other humans. Seeing injustice in it, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
By the age of 21, Jacqueline, now known as Jack, had started taking up jobs to help those rabbits in need. It could be something lost, stolen, or help to deal with a certain person. She'd do whatever she could, and her younger brother helped. The two became their own superheroes, and enlisted the help of friends they made along the way, creating the gang HiJinx.
When they caught wind of BJBB, they admired them. HiJinx wanted to aspire to them. Now, with BJBB quiet after the whole shebang, they feel as though the brigade has put its tail between its legs and submitted. They'd kept low and nearly hidden themselves away during the big excitement, due to some members being scared, and others protective over those members. For once, their heroism had to be on hold to protect each other. Overwhelmed with disappointment, HiJinx escalated their work, and is now taking the justice of Pearson City into their own hands.

LETTY : Jack's little brother who she loves dearly. He's likely the most important person in her life, and she can't help spoiling him. He can be bratty at times and a little more than clingy, but even so she still protects him with all her might. It'd be best not to touch him.
Mackenzie : A good friend now of Jack's. She's the only other female in their little family of five, and she's nearly as protective over her as she is over Letty.
Aiden Rex Kane [HiJinx] : He's a promising kinda guy. He puts up such a cool face, but he's honestly a really endearing guy that has so much potential in life. Jack hopes to see him grow.
Devlin Pierce [HiJinx] : He's a bit of an odd one, and doesn't smile as much as she'd prefer him to, but he's just as much of family as the others are. He may be big and strong, but Jack still takes care of him like the others, as he's her responsibility as well.
