A painting of the gorgeous Mosh. I'm quite excited to submit this piece, because I have finally found the direction I want to go in. I think I'll improve a lot faster now that I'm not frustrated over 'style'.I used a reference photo , minimized it to about 200x300px, and tried to forget everything I thought I knew about lighting and skin. This helped my fear of over-contrast. It is so far from perfect, but I think it marks the end of my painfully long anime-but-not? phase.

Thank you! Yeah, it... >_< I can't say 100%, but I have a much better idea now. It's a long process but a lot of fun.

turned out rather well, did u paint paint it, or photoshop Cs it?
