Candice fell asleep on the beach, and when she awoke, the entire beach was underwater. She however remained untouched, as if something was stopping the water from touching her.

Powers: Candice is able to manipulate water. Because her powers have only been discovered for about a year, it is unknown as to all of what she can do. She has however proven able to "grab" moisture from the air, but she is not strong enough to do it with ease.

Abilities: Learning many skills from Keys and Julius, such as martial arts skills, conventional weaponry, thievery, and technological hacking.

Paraphernalia: Always has a sucker with her.
