I once had a dream when I was in college where I was in an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere. It was in terrible condition. Mushrooms growing out of the carpet. Stains everywhere. Mold growing on the walls. Just terrible condition. I saw this painting at the end of the hallway. It was in perfect condition. Why was there a self-portrait of me at the end of a hallway in a house that looked like it had been abandoned since 1985? It must've been all those tacos that I ate.
I made this on my phone, a Samsung Galaxy A42-5G.
Even though I went to college in West Lafayette, Indiana, I had this dream between my Junior and Senior years of college; so I was at my parents' house in Wheatfield, Indiana. However, I drew this particular version while sitting in my car in the parking lot of my workplace in Whitestown, Indiana while waiting for my car to warm up. I don't like to drive while the cold engine light is on (driving on a cold engine is bad for your car). The location in the dream, though, had to be somewhere near Logansport, Indiana.
