The personality I've already done so far for the brown deer is that he's the spirit of a dead/dying forest, that's why he's all brown colours, and he's always sort of glum. She on the other hand is loved dearly by her animals and humans living near her strong, still-living forest, so she still looks pretty, green, and magical. They're both forest spirits, so yeah, they have antlers, but the antlers are actually more tree branches, and they have leaves/flowers in their hair (obviously you might not be able to do that since they'll be small chibis, but I'll be copying this over into their general info anyway xD) The boy will have more dead/fall leaves in his hair and the girl with pretty flowers.
For the pic, if you could draw them interacting? Maybe her hugging on him to make him feel better? If not, two individual pictures are fine, I just thought the pose is a cute idea~
