I have to do it, the full's crew of the king of pirates!Pipo (Usopp) Gunner and lyer
Tony Tony Chopper, the doc and a reindeer
Monkey D. Luffy, captain and elastic boy
Nami, navigator and treasurer
Sanji (sandy) the cooker and fighter with his legs only
Nico Robin, the archeologist and head of the ship
Zorro Roronoa, the first mate and the swordsman with three swords
Franky or Cutty Flam, the carpenter and cyborg
and the last (not enough place for him, poor brooks) Brooks, the musician and the fencer.

I think he's first mate because this job is perfect for him, he react like a vice-captain (think when Usopp leave the crew) and all the others respect him when he speak for he safety of the others. Anyway he is able to protect his nakama and act like a first mate!
But maybe there is no other job for him too!

Luffy-So stupid and easy going (Most of the time) so simple minded and funny, hard not to love the rubber man
