Personality:

He is the quiet and hardworking type of man that will have little to say. However, if you have the patience and try to ease him up a bit he will slowly expose his warmer, playful, and more sociable side. He can be very loud at times but tries to keep that down to a minimum for fearing that he would appear boisterous which he really isn't in the least.

History:

Eli had always fancied all the clothing that would adorn everyone's figure, especially those that incorporated elegance or sophistication. The more decor the better. He would on a daily basis do figure studies where he would focus on a person's facial structure and figure shape and somehow model an outfit based on those two criteria solely. And if he was bold enough to engage conversation first while listening to the person speak he would pick up on their tone and pitch and further work on his design based on their voice and personality. Such an odd gift for coming up with numerous outfits made Eli wonder if he could actually make profit out of his designs.

At first Eli wasn't all too confident that anyone would buy anything from him but much to his surprise crowds formed, people flocked to his home so much that it became all too overwhelming for him and he was forced to move a couple of times under secrecy. But the fame of his designs and his name being uttered nearly every day soon caught up to him and he grew frustrated at how many orders he had to personally design at once. An average number of orders could range from 20 to 200 outfits per day. Needless to say Eli needed a break from all the stress and his tea wasn't going to be able to help him out.

While finishing up his last order before calling it quits one of his models and friend Mari the Liligant presented him a pamphlet describing the hotel resort on the island of Poyi. It was just what Eli had been looking for, a beautiful island that is calm and peaceful with everything and anything he would want to relax. And best of all no one will pester him into designing an outfit and have him have it done in a ridiculous amount of time! No more poked fingers from needle work and sleepless night! He had left the very next day without the media catching sight of him and left quite a commotion in his wake. Though things did calm down after he sent hand written letters to all of his customers announcing his semi-retirement. Now these days Eli takes advantage of sleeping in and exploring all that Pokecino has to offer to its guest.

Other Information:

~ Seriously, try to touch him in any way and he will freeeak... calmly. Aka start to make space between you and him by stepping back lol

~ He will only allow you to touch him if you ask first. Though he will think you are a weirdo asking to touch him haha

~ If you have anything loose and flowy or pretty jewelry on your person he will go into a trance like state and zone out to focus on them

~ Best way to snap him out is to touch him LOL.... he will be upset at you but be secretly grateful that you did

~ He always wears the jewelry pictured above no matter what. It brings him comfort and eases him if he ever gets nervous around people C:

~ His neck is his weak spot. Rub it and he is putty in your hands

~ He often scatters things so his room can become messy at times, being riddled with sewing needles or fabrics because inspiration even hits him while on vacation

~ If he really likes you you have a companion for life. He'd do anything for you, even step out of his comfort zone

He's getting better with touch! He can hold hands now and give a hug now and then but he'll still flinch out of habit.

He's also more mischievous now thanks to a certain Ninetales...
