Uhh.. you're the very first to make that mistake (out of 450+ orders). It says fleece hat in the title and description, and nothing about the wig in either so I'm not really sure why you thought that. I'm sorry you were confused, but the wig and wig head are just used for good presentation.

Is it possible to have one made from a lighter-weight material?
My girlfriend and I live in South Florida, and fleece is a no-no down here.

Um... I'm not sure. I'll have to look into a fabric substitute. It could always be just a winter hat if it get's cold enough in the winter.

Thanks! There's nothing in the ears. The fleece naturally has some structure to it so it stands out without much effort. It will flatten if you want it too though.
