So I wanted to try uploading two pages together? Does it read ok? Which do you prefer? Each page separately or combined like this?

Oh man, I love these two combined pages! It reads naturally and keeps pace neatly. 
Seb really is such a considerate guy - he's both kind as well as sensible in his communication with others, and I just love the way you drew his face in the penultimate panel. (He's gotta be my favorite character of yours so far). As always, I'm awaiting the next update eagerly! The plot thickens as lutes repair themselves...!

Really? I'm so glad! I think I'll be doing that. At least for the longer dialogue pages. The next ones will include dialogue and a small change of pace so that will be tricky...will see!
Ah I'm really happy you like him!! He is supposed to be a nice person to be around with, but also quite good at handling people...by being nice and not over judgmental. Lol.

I like the Two pages combined, actually I'm finding that this length of page allows for more freedom in reading and also storytelling.
I'm surprised Seb is restraining the questions! But then again he seems sensible enough to know when someone should be left alone, and it's refreshing to find a cursed character who is not standoffish and refusimg to speak of it

Precisely! He thought that if he doesn't press, the troubadour might actually be more willing to tell. Yeah I was thinking that maybe Folquet seems a bit too easygoing here...but hopefully not to the point to making it completely unrealistic...

Well not so much 'easy going' as kind of exhausted and dare I say it, 'broken spirited', and thus willing to get all the questions over with now so he's not sat waiting for others to find out - that seems like it would be tiring to explain multiple times over the years.

I know what you mean! I also prefer the aesthetics of a single page but I thought maybe it's better to read the dialogue without it being chopped up between pages...will see.

What is maddening is that you, of course , know what is going to happen, and all our guessing is in vain. This was an exceptional couple of pages- your characters grow more and more natural (Sebastian's eyes in #10 are particularly well done!) - I'm also impressed by your rendering of the mysterious lute- my drawing students always had such trouble with string instruments! But everything pales next to panel #1-what an exquisite rendering of the evening sky!
We shall wait for the next installment, like the cat who ate the cheese and lay down by the mousehole, with 'baited' breath

Gosh, really? I'm so glad! Gosh, I see what you mean about the string instruments! I also find it really hard to draw them...
You know, about the evening sky, it's funny but only after moving out of the city did I start noticing it so much! The colors right before sundown are so amazing. And they differ a bit every evening. I have tons of blurry pictures of the evening sky on my phone now, I take them almost every day and I think it refreshed my strength when it comes to drawing night scenes.

This is a cliffhanger! I cant wait to learn about the lute! I hope you will upload new pages soon! Also, you really became very good at drawing expressions and emotions - in the upper panel, you did a great job portraying the troubadour's expression of passive hopelessness and tiredness and in the lower scenes, I like how kind and caring Sebastian seems - all these faces are very evocative - well done! As I said, I cant wait for more!

Yes! And that's actually quite unusual because the knights didn't really do that. The Hospitaller Order had serving brothers and hired doctors to do the medical aspect of their mission. But Seb is unusual in that way...
