uncanny how you take subjects that are normally depicted in times of great duress or insane action- and soften them. relax them. bring them into the mind's eye as sympathetic in a beautiful scene

usually i find "dragon pictures" way too tacky and dull - but here it all comes together nicely. You are setting up a very warm and mild mood, the fact that it is posing at the waterfall is cheesy, but it doesn't feel too forced - it's more like the dragon is a bit surprised.. the way it is grabbing the stone is awefully cute.
