Description
So, this is my first attempt on a fully detailed illustration using only Pixlr Express for android! (Yes. It's a photo editing program but I've been using it for so many years that I've taken it to a whole other level! XD )

This illustration was made out of pixlr's effects, some of my own textures and some drawing. I really wanted to make some 16:9 artworks! It'sbeen rainy for thepast couple days so I was inspired to do something rainy and sort of dystopian/sci-fi! It was a nice way to get familiar with drawing on the mobile again since it's almost been a year since I last did. (Coloring doesn't really count.) And it was also good to practice environment concept art! So, here's the result!
