Thank you!

It's Mantiuk'06 tonemapping of a single-RAW-HDR followed with degraining and some restoration of vibrance (although, as you can see in the LDR version, it's still quite drab compared to actual look of the bird) and dimming of the background

The colours were sadly lost, especially the maroon tones on the belly... I need to try using desaturated version of this as an overlay for LDR version

Thank you!

Oh yes
When I saw on YT that they were roaming freely around the zoo in Jerusalem, I felt like going there just for that Both in Barcelona and PoznaΕ„ we could only see them through glass, which was thoroughly unsatisfying. This time it was up close and personal, including one of them trying to encite some respect from ~Isyala by raising its wings after we blocked most of its path and it had to charge sideways.....

Do you know it's homeland?
I have to go to Jerusalem ZOO to see it

Yes, all Goura (western, southern and Victoria crowned pigeons) are from New Guinea.
Yup, go see them, take photos and tousle them on our behalf!

It does indeed!
It's the biggest of the pigeons, from New Guinea.
