Description I drew this for Art class. I was just drawing random shapes, since that was what the assignment was to do. Then we were to shade them in alternating directions. Anyway, I really like the design. I think it's eye catching, you know? Tell me what you think. I don't usually care if I get criticism on my poetry, but I stink at drawing, so any pointers would be greatly welcomed.

You see, I look at this right by the screen and I'm like, holy cow, that's cool. But I had to back away for a moment (feeding the cat) and happened to look at the screen with this in the middle of it and it looked awesome... maybe this is just me, but it looked as if there was two layers, and the top layer had holes looking into the lower layer. There is a lot of art that looks a lot more amazing from afar... xD

oooh I love this...

i will not critique your art bro, it is very well done, but let me show you what i done in the past that has the same theme.
[link] this is 'Coloring noise' it has the same effects but you can be the judge of that.

i see randomness but also harmony. the wiggles and different shapes bring out similarity that bond things together. very well done.

But I wants critique. And I don't think it has the same idea as mine. Like, I can see where you're coming from, but I think they're too different. I do like it though.

I can't colour it, it's for an assignment. I have to shade it in. It's turning out better than I thought it would, so I'll probably upload it in the end after all. And she said we had to use both organic and geometric shapes. But I think some of those are kind of radical, the ones that aren't as much as the required geometric ones and ones that are supposed to resemble something. (Leaf, raindrop, ripples, arrows/rainbows, etc.)

Yeah, it is cool. I'll do more I suppose.

i remember those kinds of art assignments; with organic shapes and crude... but you know what i would always say, "so when you say 'organic' you mean anything on earth?" LOL I got slapped at the back of the head a few times for being smart, but geometric is like a trapezoid, hexagon, heck even graphite... x__X geometric is all about radical and dimensions.
