He's Atobe Keigo, the captain of Hyōtei Academy's tennis team in the manga/anime The Prince of Tennis (one of the few sports themed anime I liked), he's one of the antagonist of the series, and he's voiced by Suwabe Junichi [Grimmjow's voice actor *lol* XD].
