I am planning on selling this at Anime Iowa. It's all sharpie and piolet pen ink, both black and white inks. Skin was done in copic.What do you think the priceing should be for it?

I'd go with $18 or $22. Because $18 sounds better to someone than $20, and $22 sounds better to someone than $25. You could even go for $28 or more if you spent a lot of time on it. *nods*
