I did not give this person permission of any kind that I can recall. I don't get e-mails about the sailor sprites unless it is on deviant art either. I can't recall if they randomly asked on a sprites art page either and there are over 60 of them. o.o
She does not have permission from me unless she can dig up evidence that I okay-ed it on a art page.
