My new Noah oc, Hiro DacKein

I dreamed of him while I was in the hospital last time, he told me "Don't Cry"
And I've been itching to draw him since then, and so I did

His ability lies within his eyes, hence why the color change and the cross pupils
If he looks at someone in the eyes-, no, rather, if someone looked into his eyes; they bleed out in tears until their body drys.
He can manipulate and control liquids/fluids, so once his opponents eyes start to bleed out, he gets the chance to manipulate their blood by turning the fragments into blades, piercing the opponent inside-out.
He can't control his eyes, so he wears thick black glasses to lessen the chance of others looking at his eyes
So, don't look into his eyes for long~

As for his personality; he's quite the social guy, he loves to talk and make friends, enjoys mostly and loves to joke around and is always smiling, saying that "I got sick of seeing everyone cry by just looking at me, at least it's better to see them die with a smile than with a sad face" or so was his reasoning ^^' he got sick of all others faces looking sad and crying to death every time he looked at someone.
He's 22 years old, Vietnamese. Was a Medicine student who almost reached the doctoral level, but he awoke as a Noah during one of his Autopsy classes, and as everyone looked surprisingly at him in panic; their eyes bled to death, and so he quit medicine, saying that he caused other's to die than actually healing them.
Oh right, he LOVES and ADORES water, he sleeps in a bathtub filled with water, he -instead of drinking water- splashes it at his face.
Ow, and he loves fishes, he has a fish-tank and loves looking after his little fishies

He saved Miko's sorry ass while she was fighting against a Mary-sue Exorcist that literally left her with no part in her body that wasn't wounded ._.'' to the level of sealing her healing skill and almost killing B-Miko e-e'' not to mention burning W-Miko, fighting God-Like characters is very very.... impossible to survive from x-x''
But it at least made B-Miko realize that W-Miko would fight to save her ownself.. which means saving B-Miko
