Even though Miko in her Black form recalls all of her memories and is stronger at mind; she still can't remember Meier nor her past, she only remembers the things that occurred to her since she awoke, and by the time she had awaken as a Noah; she already had her memory lost

the idea behind them both being so close to her is more like a challenge between Meier and Chrome,
Meier, taking her back to him and with that she gets to keep her original family name; Urahara
or Chrome, getting married to her and thus becoming a part of his family; Jackle
that's why Chrome looks Angry. And Meier, well, he's always cheerfull =w=''
