My god...she's gorgeous. Easily the most beautiful of the Legion girls I've seen. Any info on her? I'm going to assume she was originally from the Angelic Protectorate.

Actually, no. Arella was a human from an Altearth in the Middle Ages or so. She was a nun who ended up being killed when her town was raided. She arrived at the school as an angel, and joined the Legion shortly after.
She's a very sweet character, and the epitome of a Love Freak.
