Psychic-type Elite Four member Kimiko

Kimiko is one of the Norala Elite Four, specializing in psychic-type pokemon. She first meets the player during their first visit to the Pokemon university, taking interest in them as she can sense within them an important destiny. At various points in the player's journey, she comes to the player's aid, guided to dangerous situations through her psychic intuitions. Upon facing the player in the Elite Four, she predicts that the player will become the Norala region Pokemon Champion, though if the player's party pokemon are lower level than her own, her predictions are more cloudy. Kimiko is mysterious and speaks little, but is kind and helpful. Other NPCs will occasionally mention that she has pushed them towards the path in life that was most likely to bring them happiness, and she seems to largely be correct.

During the player's first Elite Four battle with Kimiko, she will have:

When the player rematches against Kimiko, her pokemon will each be 22 levels higher, and she will have the following additional pokemon:

Jiangchan are more docile and friendly than Jiangsire, their male counterparts. Though they do not speak and have a hard time communicating with their trainers, they will perform any command their trainer writes on the ward attached to their head. They are known for their strange hopping movement, and are said to be ghosts of pokemon who wished to be more like their human trainers.
