I never said it did have anything to do with it.ย I said it reminded me of it.ย I know next to nothing about the art of those periods other than those images one picks up from time to time, it was a first impression, nothing more.ย I thank you for your comment however, it gave me another opportunity to view this stunning image.ย

Sorry to intrude but this beautiful fractal has nothing to do with Mayan, Aztec or Toltec art. Iยดm Mexican and Iยดm no expert but Iยดm surrounded by ruins and have some knowledge about it since I paint murals related to this amazing cultures all the time. To me this looks more like some beautiful fabric a king would have picked for a special occasion costume in Europe in the 1500ยดs. Just an opinion
