After looking at the image again, perhaps it would clarify if I rephrased my comment. I think the photograph is amazing in every respect, however, I believe the lighting or shading on the insides of both breasts cause them to stand out in a way that looks almost photoshopped. It might be an artifact of the lighting direction.
I don't think it necessarily detracts from the image, but it catches my attention as a focal point.

I like the way the paint "textures" in the door kinda "blend" in with your ink work on your left shoulder/arm area. Intentional? Regardless....awesome.

Not a fan of implants or tattoos, but aside from that, it's an interesting pose. The juxtaposition of bared breasts while staring imperiously into the camera while simultaneously hiding the pubic area is an odd choice, but very artistic and gracefully done. I do think that you and your photographer should focus more on your face, though...particularly your eyes. They have that rarest of qualities; they actually smoulder. Usually, women seem to settle for 'sleepy' expressions, but yours are effortlessly sexy...something that you should be commended and admired for.

There's something of a madonna in this picture, yet very modern, and "blasphemous". It has something of the madonnas of David Lachapelle, and I do like this atmosphere.
The white of the skin and hair, it all look so pure, but the tattoos and background trash it all and you just look so much as a robot.
Because of all this, this picture is more than just a matter of beautiful or not body.
