Here is Android 21 aka Cell and his different forms of power. I think Cell would be Android 21 since all the androids had numbers in time of their production and I think he's the last one going up to number 21. (I think Gero was number 20.) Cell should be no different even though he is more flesh and blood than machine. I always liked Cell even though he was a disgusting evil bug monster. He's definitely no wimp (well except when preteen Gohan began to beat the spots off him when Cell was in his 2nd form, that's kinda funny).I enjoy the sound Cell makes when he flies away, very cool and bug-like! He's like super beetle man or something. Too bad for the Z Fighters that Pikkon wasn't there to help him, he seems to be Cell's match. And so is Gohan (yay for Gohan! my sister's fave).
Cell is special since he reminds me of Trunks and Lavos from Chrono Trigger. And he's the only friend Frieza ever made, LOL ^.^ Yep, Cell is something alright.

Cell has always been my favorite villain in the series. To me, there is no one like him. And it's true, he IS Android 21. I've read that.

Cell is such an awesome character! His first form is rather kick ass, not that there is anyhting wrong with his other two.

Instant favourite! Cell was the first DBZ villain I really liked. I don't count Vegeta as a villain because he reforms later on.
I happen to like his second form- I think it's pretty cool. But hoo-darn, those spots'd kill me if I ever tried to draw him. Oh and totally- he's absolutely Android 21. Remember, the androids aren't really traditional 'androids' at all; they're more like cyborgs. Great work!

Vegeta was my first fave, but it died away eventually. Trunks is an easy fave for me. Sometimes Gohan (certain versions of him), SSJ4 Goku is very nifty, Piccolo is great and a nice shade of green, and Tapion is really awesome though.
Cell (all forms) and Majin Buu I always liked them too. I think adult skinny Buu without a chin after he eats Fat Majin Buu is my best fave for the evil baddies. And of course Uub and when he merged with Majin Buu to become Majin Uub, that's nifty, even though it's during GT. Uub is really sweet and kind, quite a turn-around from what he was like in his life before.
You haven't seen GT right? I'm surprised Uub didn't get upset to learn he was a demonic monster in a life before when Majin Buu told him. That was kinda weird, they could have presented that better in GT. >_<
My mom delights in watching DBZ, especially if fat Majin Buu is there. She thinks he's so cute and innocent-ish. He kinda is I suppose because he ate that kind Kai person (I forget which direction West? East? I forget).
My fave time lines/plots for DBZ would be Trunks History special and the 13th movie with Tapion, those are the best
I can't believe I watched most of it though. I have pretty much to watch for DragonBall itself, but I did get the last season of it and watched it all the way. It's like DB in DBZ-ish beginnings.

I have, on tape, where they fight all the old bad guys and it's some kind of machine built by some dead Tsufuru-jin (or whatever those plant guys were called).
I got the video(s) on eBay or something. Would you like them? It's two tapes (or maybe it's just one, I can't remember) and I never watch it/them. Let me know and I'll totally mail 'em out to you.

I only tried drawing Cell once. The spots nearly killed me. >_O ..twitch.. That was a long time ago. Now that I'm more experienced, maybe I should attempt him again......

Yesh, Cell is the best in his final perfect form. His first form was wicked cool too, I love that dominate thing he had going on there eating people with his tail. I always had this thought his tail wasn't just a tail, heh heh!
I feel the same as you, his 2nd form seemed to lack something, though he did have pretty blue eyes then. Cat eyes at first, then blue, then pinky-magenta. He's a lovely hunk of bug-man that's for sure
