Then that is one of the smaller Mosasaurs or even a baby because Cretoxyrhina would run from the bigger Mosasaurs.

So, that's a Cretoxyrhina(shark) and a Tylosaurus(mosasaur). Saw this pic a long time ago. Pretty cool. But the shark missed.
