Another one of my Pony OC's Cloud Shine. She just seems to have the looks of a goddess to me I made her using MLP:FIM Pony CreatorShe lives in the breezy city of Sky Burg and is absolutely in love with the mystery of clouds. Yes. Clouds.
She likes to make them bigger, into works of art, and most of all, position them after the rain to make them shine brilliantly upon the city that reside below Sky Burg, Mustang Valley. MLP:FIM concept by
