you can download the engine but for the characters you would have to wait. since they are not yet therefore they are not relesed to the public or ready for that matter. but eventually the will be. if you Google Mugen. you will find all you need to get started in Mugen.

When you finish them, they appear in mugen infantry right? I surely can't wait for Chris

I will relese him at CVGunited.com They will host him there. or maybe i will upload him to Sihnra For the CFAS Project. but i will be posting the link on The next forums. CVG united,Sihnra & Mugen Guild but i guess you can find the character in mugen infantry after a while.
