I think that people hate Alma Coin because she wanted to put the Hunger Games and also for the bomb (Even if it is because of that Gale is dead Prim). Personally,  I found it so pretty xD

Yeees! I guess people hate her because she is responsible for Prim's death. I share your opinion, as far as I remember it was Gale who came up with the idea to create those bombs and to them fall on the kids. Just because he is the "hot young love interest", many people forget about that and excuse his behaviour, whereas they want to see Alma in hell and clearly say that she is the only one responsible for it. I don't want to deny her part of the responsibility and that it was totally cruel of her because she allowed to let the bombs drop. But to be honest, Suzanne Collins just did that to have a nice climax and turning point in the last book, eventhough it doesn't makes any sense in my opinion... Still I don't want to defend Alma for what she did, haha, she is and will remain evil. :v

Indeed! ^^ Yes she did not stop the bombs, maybe she wanted so much power that it is capable of everything!

Yeah, me too!
I guess she has a really interesting past that legitimates her actions at the end of the book. It would be so interesting to know her whole story
And I really don't understand why she is hated that much.
