effect:
Target 1 "Rokket" monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position, and if you do, equip this card to it. If the equipped monster is destroyed and this card is sent to the GY: You can draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "Borrel Regenerator" once per turn. When this card leaves the field, banish the equipped monster.
