If this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 Level 7 or higher Winged Beast monster from your Deck to your hand, then, immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon 1 Winged Beast monster. If a Winged Beast monster is Normal Summoned to your field while this card is banished: You can add this card to your hand.
