Ok, I think I get what is going on with this card.
After death of "Ib the World Chalice Priestess" after she was turned into "Knightmare Corruptor Iblee" [In "World Legacy's Struggle" and "World Legacy's Sorrow"], her older brother "Ningirsu the World Chalice Warrior" turned into "Orphegel Longirsu" and made copy of her?
