effect:
Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing 1 WIND Synchro monster you control, and if you do, this card's name and Level becomes that monster's, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects, also this card gains ATK/DEF equal to the original ATK/DEF of the banished monster. You can banish this card from your GY: Send 1 WIND monster from your Main Deck or Extra Deck to your GY. You can only use each effect of "Hi-Speedroid BeyBlade" once per turn.

I love these kinds on cards where they are not directly based on the source material, but where they are clever references to cartoon characters, video game characters, or even celebrities, kinda like what you did with your custom card "The Comic Man" i thought it was very clever, but this one is also really good ^w^
