I can understand Lightforce Sword (just not at 3) but why Penguin Soldier and only two White Stone/Alternative/Trade-In/Return of the Dragon Lords and only one Sage (any Blue-Eyes build plays them all at 3, not 1 or 2)?
Also: Flying "C" stops Zoodiac a lot more than Ash Blossom does by itself. If you drop Flying "C" on their field and if you have Ash Blossom or Ghost Ogre to deal with barrage when they activate it to destroy Flying "C", they're gonna pass their turn with a lot of low-ATK monsters. You could also thrown in a 1-2 copies of Vanity's Fiend. I doubt you Normal Summon that much with this deck so you can tribute something to tribute summon Vanity's Fiend to make your field even stronger. (They can't give you a kaiju, so their only answer is Counter Traps and Ra - Sphere Mode.)

You could just play Compulsory Evacuation Device and Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. A lot of people did that to help with discarding draw White Stones or high-level monsters to set up your combos. (Discard a dragon, bring it back with Return of the Dragon Lords or Soul Charge.)

Oh yeah, true. But still, it's a bit slow and easier to play around. If they use Raigeki or something else that can destroy it without flipping it face-up, you can't chain it like you could with Evac Device in a situation that would require it (your opponent using MST on your set Evac Device, to use an example that applies to it).

No Crystal Wing? You could take out Invoked Mag...(I'm not even going to try and spell the rest, I know I'd butcher the name's spelling) for it. I also don't see much point to Interrupted Kaiju Slumber and Brilliant Fusion when you're only playing one copy of each; they'd be better as Solemn Strikes or D-Barriers.

I could show you my deck list if you want. It was actually pretty easy to build a True King Dinosaur deck that works well. (You don't need any of the Continuous Spells/Traps or the Level 6 monsters.) All you need of True King cards is 3 of Bahrastos, 3 of Lithosagym, and 3 of the Field Spell. The rest can be Dinosaur monsters (3 Oviraptor, 2 Ultimate Conductor Tyranno, 3 Petiradon, 3 Babycerasaurus, 3 Miscellaneousaurus, 2 Dogoran, 2 Megalosmasher, 1 Tyranno Infinity).
If you want to hear more, I'll just post my entire deck list. (It might be a little different than the monsters I listed; I'm going by memory.)

It should come out to 42-card main deck/15-card extra deck. You can of course make changes to the deck to fit your own playing style; this is just what has been working best for me so far.
Survival of the Fittest is actually really good in this deck. It makes Ultimate Conductor Tyranno 4500-ATK and makes Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju 4000-ATK and lets Dogoran attack twice.

It'd almost be a lock down. The only out is Counter Traps/chaining a D-Barrier/Kaijus/Lava Golem/Volcanic Queen/Ra Sphere Mode. Vanity's Emptiness and/or Mask of Restrict would make it a near-complete lock down that not even Kaiju-like monsters would stop.
Anyway...Invoked and Metalfoes are two decks I've never really tested. Not sure where to begin (but anything Zoodiac-related is out of the question).
