2018 TINSEffect:
1 “Synchron” Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can Special Summon as many “Synchron” Tuners as possible with different Levels from your Deck in Defense Position. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters, the turn you activate this effect. When an attack is declared involving this card that was Synchro Summoned this turn and another monster: You can make this card’s ATK become double its original ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of “Junk Speeder” once per turn.

With this card you can easily bring out Stardust Warrior.

Speed Warrior and one level 1 Tuner monster and Yusei can summon this . Now we need a tin box pack for Yuma and Yugi I'm not saying Yuya because he just had a series.

So at best, this card can easily churn out Crystal Wing. That's good, but I was also hoping that this card could churn out Red Nova Dragon. Do people even RUN that anymore?

but actually run better with Red Dragon Archfiend, u cand make Calamity on your opponent´s turn, Tyrant and pop field, or even Bane and Abyss for negation is awesome XD

Oh, I can already see this card to be pain to deal with. If it Special Summons different level Synchrons, it means it can summon up to 5 Synchrons if possible at once to the field... And from that, we get load of Synchro Summoning...
