You can Ritual Summon this card with "Cynet Ritual". At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a monster: You can return that monster to the hand. You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher Cyberse monster from your hand or Deck, but it cannot activate its effects this turn. You can only use each effect of "Paladin of Storm Dragon" once per turn.

Let's make some dragon riders for 4th rate duelists then; Paladin of X dragon, replace X with any of these: insectoid (riding a reptilian insect queen, Weevil), friendship (shining friendship, Tea's cup of tea), Valkyrie (artwork shows a man riding a Valkyrie herself riding a dragon, not very stable - this one for Ziegfried), Guardian (The OG Earth Guardian monster Rapahel uses looks enough like a dragon, or dinosaur, though he did beat Yugi, so he's just a 2nd rate duelist), Yubel (in the english dub, it was stated she had a dragon heart transplant, also dragon heads in her final form), Rainbow (if you make Jaden a dragon card, you must also make one for his rainbow boyfriend), Malefic (even the character appearing only in the movie and barely in the series gets one), Z-ARC - oh wait, we already have a humanoid that summons this one, it's called "Astrograph Sorcerer", Z-ONE (so what if this one doesn't have dragons, it'll just summon Sephylon while treating it as a dragon type), Destiny (Summons Destiny End Dragoon, sounds close enough to "Dragon"), DD (this one summons any cyber angel ritual monster; the name is based on the breast size of their anime owner), Toon Dragon (this one however can summon ONLY Manga Ryu Ryan), and while we're at it, "Five" (this one summons Five headed Dragon without needing Future Fusion)...

Well, Yusaku IS more of a Kaiba archetype then he is a Yugi archetype.
That having been said, I can actually see Kaiba hiring Yusaku if they existed at the same time, Yusaku's coding skills have got to be first rate.
