Blame Crow's popularity and the fact they didn't know what to do for the other parts of 5Ds since some great ideas for character arcs were scrapped not only because of Crow and Blackwings popularity but we all know this but because of a certain VA for a certain character of 5Ds joined a cult during 5Ds' airing so if this didn't happen Akiza would've gotten more good cards and we would've gotten a Majestic Rose Dragon.

I don't blame Crow... I do blame the VA for sure. That one was A HUGE DAMN HIT. Characters can be popular, in this case by their deck, but so can everyone else... but the VA with Carly's original voice actress in the Japanese Dub was the screw that killed Aki-chan getting any love and she was great... SIGH.

She's the reason YuGiOh lost it's mystical and magical elements and went full on SciFi too and what made YuGiOh unique is due to it being a balanced combo of Fantasy and SciFi damn I'm still mad about that because we won't explore the Duel Monsters Spirit World anymore
