TRhe head seems more to that of the more bulky Jaguar (Panthera onca), slightly more bulky.
Sadly the spots are not shown, to make sure.
The black Jaguar is more confused with the Panther, that has only a very few black versions.
Guess, I need to go with the photographer now, and think it is actually a black Panther...
